The anchor is the last known actual dispensing date. Reset it only when you want the expected schedule to restart from a new date.

Select or drag in multiple Patient History Report spreadsheets at once, including a batch of 200. Files are read sequentially and new records merge into the current dataset. Script Cycle identifies each patient, extracts the latest dispensing record for every medicine, then automatically generates one master forecast timeline.

Optimised for Patient History Reports: the importer recognises the pharmacy report format you supplied, including its shifted underlying columns. Repeat dispensing records are consolidated automatically so each medicine is forecast from its latest actual dispensing date. Other spreadsheets still use flexible auto-detection and column mapping.

Staff dispensing worklist
Expected dispensing dates for the next 12 months are shown. Past expected dates automatically move out of the upcoming worklist; actual dispensing is not confirmed. Earliest date is first. Missing fields and unmatched rules are kept out of the dispensing worklist and listed separately as unable to calculate.
Safety Net (E) requirement: both a matched file number and a submitted Available physical-file check are required. Unchecked or unavailable E patients are excluded from timelines and email reports, even when All patients is selected.
Quantity-based planning: Qty 28/30 → 21 days; qty 56/60/112/120 → 50 days; Ozempic → 21 days; other or missing quantities → 21 days. These assumed cycles do not determine PBS eligibility or account for the prescribed dose.

Safety Net Predictor
Estimate when a patient or family may reach the PBS Safety Net using the current Safety Net total, medicine dispensing intervals, last dispensing dates and eligible contribution per supply.
Planning estimate only. Use the actual PBS Safety Net eligible patient contribution where available. Brand premiums, therapeutic group premiums and special patient contributions may not count toward the Safety Net. Confirm the official patient record before issuing or relying on a Safety Net entitlement.
